CS Facilities Management (CSFM) was established in 1999 to support businesses in Aberdeen’s real estate industry who were looking for a team they could trust to manage their property portfolio.
Almost 20 years later, CSFM’ service provision is truly comprehensive, giving our clients the flexibility to create facilities management and business support solutions that truly reflect their service needs and allow them to focus on their core business.
CSFM provides a myriad of asset maintenance services – the ‘soft,’ such as catering, cleaning, refuse collection, switchboard, stationery, events, and so on, to the ‘hard’, like the service of lifts, boilers, HVAC systems, emergency lighting, health and safety compliance, painting and decorating, plumbing, and pest control – just to name a few.

We help clients relocate to offices that we have organised the fit-outs of. We manage and control the wide-ranging aspects of building services, with a focus on the critical systems essential for safety and business continuity.
Health & Safety is of paramount importance to CSFM and is firmly imbedded into our culture and Integrated Management System. We are therefore pleased to announce that CSFM has transitioned from the old Occupational Health and Safety Management (OHS) 18001 to the new International standard ISO 45001:2018, for the provision of facilities management and business support services. CSFM is also an established holder of ISO 9001:2015.
