From FMAL to CSFM; Why We Chose To Rebrand
Facilities Management (Aberdeen) Limited, was established in 1999 to support businesses in Aberdeen’s real estate industry who were looking for a team they could trust to manage their property portfolio.
Over the last 20 years, our professional profile has grown and changed, with one of the most significant changes taking place in 2017 as we became part of the CS Group. With the ongoing evolution of our brand we felt it was time for a change, and have altered not only our logo, but also our company name to reflect who we are today and to symbolise our dynamic future with the other companies within the CS Group.
We are therefore proud to announce the launch of our rebrand; CS Facilities Management.
Symbolically, the segmented circle shape represents the many services offered by CSFM working together to form the overall service package.
The circle shape also brings forward our new focus on circular economy and on the sustainable approach that CSFM and the CS Group have.
We didn’t want to forget our roots, and the outer ring angled to the North East provides a subtle nod to CSFM’s origins and head office location.
The synergies between the CS Group companies mean the group can offer a ‘menu’ of services and products for our customers, either separately or as an integrated solution. With our skills and experience across all the group companies we can adapt our services and offerings to not only the large companies throughout Scotland and the North of England, but also the smaller local enterprises.
You may have already noticed the other visuals around CSFM aligning with this new direction: the newly launched CSFM website, in our advertising, our social media platforms (why not give us a follow) and in our staff’s email signatures.
We’re still the same team, but more consistent and, we hope, more instantly recognisable as part of the CS Group.
