Construction of Horizons House was completed in December 2015, and consists of 60,000 sq ft of 'grade A' contemporary office space over five floors, and benefits from a secure undercroft car park.
Horizons House is situated on Waterloo Quay and has two balconies that overlook the vibrant Victoria dock. The building is only a short walk from the beach boulevard where tenants and visitors can enjoy an array of restaurants and beach walks.
At present, there are three tenants within the building; DOF Subsea, Ampelmann, and BW Offshore. CSFM were involved in the fit out of the 1st floor for BW Offshore which was completed in June 2018.
CSFM are based full time at Horizons House and take care of the building contracts, as well as arranging ad hoc works within the building. Should an issue arise within the building, CSFM is the first point of contact. The reception and administration support also fall under CSFM’ remit and is available on an ‘as and when’ required basis to help ensure the running of our tenant business is as smooth as possible.
