The multi storey car park is situated on Lime Street, just off Waterloo Quay and was completed in the summer of 2015.
It compromises of 175 car parking space over 7 ‘half’ levels. The car park is accessible 24/7 to the tenants. Equipped with a roller shutter, entrance/exit barriers, CCTV, and fire alarm system, the car park is fully secure. CSFM arranges all contracts for the site through the service charge budget; weekly cleaning of stairwells, gardening, mandatory inspections on the fire alarm and security systems, etc. Most of the car parking spaces are allocated through the office leases of Horizons House and the Waterloo Quay Properties’ estate, but there are a few spaces that are rented through a licence to occupy agreement.
