Union Terrace is a Grade ‘B’ listed granite building that comprises basement, ground, and four upper floors, and is managed by CSFM for Cromdale Partners LLP.
Positioned between a kilt shop and hair dresser in the city’s centre, the building overlooks Union Terrace Gardens and local landmarks – the Central Library, St Mark’s Church and Her Majesty’s Theatre. It is also within walking distance of Union Square and the rail and bus stations. Union Terrace has four tenants spanning a diversity of industries.
